Effective Monday, April 5, 2021, all Citizens Bank lobbies re-opened during normal business hours. We do continue to require facial coverings to enter our lobbies. If you do not have one, one can be supplied to you while supplies last. As always, we will have the option for Curbside Banking, Drive-Thru, ATM and Online Banking Services.
Please remember, you can still take a Citizens Bank branch with you wherever you are. We offer Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You will be able to check account balances, view pending transactions, print check images, manage and pay bills, transfer funds as well as a host of other banking transactions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 317-831-0110 with any questions you may have.
While we all look forward to moving past the COVID-19 pandemic if you have a loan relationship with us and are experiencing financial hardships, we are willing to work with you on your Citizens Bank loans.
