I hope you have continued to stay safe and healthy in this continued time of uncertainty. I am writing this letter is to share our concern with the increasing number of positive COVID-19 cases in our area. We take the health and safety of our staff, customers, and community very seriously, and because of this we have decided it is necessary to limit lobby access in our branches once again. Effective Tuesday, November 24, 2020, all Citizens Bank locations will be operating via our Drive Thrus and ATMs only.
Please remember, you can still take a Citizens Bank branch with you wherever you are. We offer Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You will be able to check account balances, view pending transactions, print check images, manage and pay bills, transfer funds as well as a host of other banking transactions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 317-831-0110 with any questions you may have.
All loan closings and consultations will take place as scheduled and person to person visits will continue on a limited basis via appointment only. Additionally, if you need additional assistance, please contact your regular branch office and the staff will assist with the best way to meet your appointment needs.
