Junior Savers
It's never too early to educate children on saving money. Our Junior Savers accounts are designed to teach children at a very early age the importance of building a strong financial background. Whether they are saving for a new bike or college, Citizens Bank makes it easy to help achieve your financial goals.
This account is available to those aged 0-17 with no monthly fee and only requires a $5 deposit to open. Transfers are limited to six per calendar month with no more than three by debit card.
*Transfers from savings to another account, ACH or 3rd party are limited to 12 per quarter. A fee of $1.00 will be charged for each additional debit transaction (withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, automatic transfer or payment) over the quarterly limit. This account will convert to a Regular Savings account when child reaches 18 years of age.
